No Ethernet

I have just joined sky I've had all the equipment delivered but I have no Ethernet cables?? Do I buy these myself or should they have come with the box etc..

Has your line been activated?

Sky would normally send out an ethernet cable (conversion kit) for full fibre fttp .however you can buy a category 5e cable in argos, pcworld etc

Someone from openrrach came out but sky hadn't sent the router so he couldn't set anything up he just I stalled a box and said when the router comes to just plug everything in.. the router had arrived but there's no cables just the sky box and the power lead

Sky doesn't ship ethernet cable with the Hub.  Does the new box on the wall have LEDs?
