No Connection

Hi, 

We recently had a power cut, since then we've had no connection at all. The internet light on our router is off. 

We've rebooted the router several times, my partner has ran all of the available tests and has rang sky.

Unfortunately sky didn't seem bothered, they could see a problem with the line but advised "it should fix itself after 24/48 hours" and refused to escalate further.  It's now been 36 hours since the outage, still nothing. My partner believes the power cut might have fried something in the cabinet and only an engineer can assist.

Could someone please help! Being a sky glass customer without the internet sucks!

Cabinets are pretty robust but more likely is your hub has been fried.
