No 'Connected' light on my Broadband Booster

I got a Sky Broadband Booster a few years back and it was working fine. Now, I can only get the 'Power' and 'Wifi' lights to come on. I've tried all the instructions on the help page but no luck. Two things have happened fairly recently, I got a new Sky Broadband router and we've had the house rewired so the Booster and the broadband were off for an extended period. Everything else has worked okay since those two events but I haven't been able to get the Booster working. Any advice welcome!

@JonA1982 Was this the same router as you had before or is it a different model that Sky gave you for the new router?

It was an upgrade to the Sky Hub 4.2. 👍

@JonA1982  Did they not change the booster when you changed router to it's counterpart that goes with that model of router?

Ahh, okay. No. The Booster was not replaced. I guess I need to contact Sky and get a replacement?? Thank you, @Highlinder.

@JonA1982 Yes you need to get the old sky Q booster upgraded to the sky Broadband booster, sky's version will more than likely be the SE210a. See the link below. If they have any and also if you still have it in your package.
