I have no broad band I am waiting an engineer I want to make sure I'm not charged for the broadband I can't use Aldi can't use the apps on the tv

@Galy you will be charged as normal but will be compensated if the repair takes more than 2 full working days from when you report thecfault fault see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

This is standard practice not unique to Sky.
