No Broad Band and NO SKY CUSTOMER SERVICE

New Sky Broas band today, which keeps dropping out , so now we have no TV.

Called customer service a few times today but this evening there is no customer services. No reply and cut off 5 times.

 

What sort of company am I relying on for these services. 

Did I make a mistake entrusting Sky to provide this service ?

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Sky+of+Sussex Link to the sky Hub lights, also go to your account and check the Broadband Shield setting.
