No Activation Date Given for Sky WiFi Max

I have received the Sky WiFi Max hub but throughout the process, I have no been given an activation date. I have checked all packaging received as apparently it is included on that but it hasn't been. I would appreciate if I can find this out some how. I've looked through my orders etc.

@Lxopher Nothing in any E-mails sent to you, are you upgrading, new install, etc and text message is normally sent on the activation day to the mobile, ie you are now good to go and activated on the sky network, please carry on and plug in your hub!!!!

 

If you already have sky then you can plug it in anytime if sky have sorted it out at there end and know you are going Max!

I've checked my emails etc and I haven't seen anything about an activation date. We already have Sky and are upgrading ☺️

@Lxopher if the hub is a simple replacement you can switch it over whenever you want. The activation date only applies to a new service.
