So I recently have just moved into a newly built flat and I have been trying to get my sky broadband back up and running however when I type in my address to my flat it is coming up with and error and that my address can't be found. What can be done to fix this? That way I can have my broadband back

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kayleigh8 Any messages comemup? It is possible the New buld is part of an Altnet network, that being the case Sky wouldn't be able to provide service over that network.
Have you spoken to the people you bought through as they would know which services are provided by who.

I haven't spoken to my housing office but I can do that tomorrow. To see what can be done for the broadband. Thank you for your help
