New to sky

Hi im new to sky, My broadband keeps kicking me off my phone any suggestions please?

@Emma489 Turn off mobile data on the phone and see if you stay connected to the wi-fi signal!

@Emma489 It's one off those, the Hub does not kick anything off, the mobile if not able to see the wireless wi-fi signal, or if the signal is weak and not everywhere that you need it in the home then the mobile will drop off and try to connect using the 4G/5G mobile data network! If it stay's connected but it all slows down, then the only option will be to boost your wireless wi-fi signal where you need it!
