We have just moved over to SKY for broadband and telephone. Both seems to be working fine as they are hardwired in with an ethernet cable. The issue we have is that our mobile devices - phone, laptop, tablet are stating they are connected to teh the WIFI but we can't actually load anything. Is there something we are supposed to have pressed, installed?
Help is very welcome.
Also, is the there a number to call SKY on for help with this?

Hi @jamesn123 thank you for offering to help. I have logged in but don't see a maintenance section. I have a white hub which I dont think offers that info.
I can see a list of connected devices, which include macbooks etc..... but our mobile phones dont seem to be shown, but when you check on the phone itself, it is logged in to the SKY wifi
Any ideas where to look?

moved away from sky broadband as our mobile devices were constantly booted off the network and/or didnt work when connected, this was iphones and ipads together on the same table all doing different things at different times.
Sky blamed our house or location of router and wouldnt do anything, moved away and hey presto all is fine
