New sky router blocking sites

Hi, I recently upgraded broadband and received a new router and it seems to be blocking a lot of sites - including trying to download from catch up tv to my own sky a box. Anyone else have this issue when they upgraded?

Managed to find the support number and after the agent switched off sky shield, it seems to have solved the problem. Had a quick look at the shield settings myself and nothing in there suggest it can block devices, but all good working now. Maybe it's just the shield blocking.

While troubleshooting my own issues, I went into the router and there seems to be no specific firewall rules to block sites from the router, but Sky shield was switched on with various predefined settings, so you could try turning that off to see if that helps, and if that is the problem, then configure it to suit yourself, or if you are happy with your own security, you could consider switching the shield off.
