New sky max hub, no talk, no settings, slow speed

I've upgraded to a sky max hub and since installing our speeds have been slower, the additional settings that I should have are nowhere to be seen and sky talk doesn't work. I've scoured the community posts and tried literally everything I can find and it's still awful! I'm quite literally paying more for worse service! No help from sky at all either! Can anyone please help before I'm forced to switch to youfibre!!

When did you install the Max Hub? Did you obtain it from Sky?

Yes it was supplied by sky when I upgraded my broadband, I've been a customer for 10+ years. 
I've tried all of that and still nothing
