New sky max hub connect them disconnects every couple of minutes. Could the box be faulty?
Sky max hub (white) arrived today and the connection drops out every couple of minutes since setting it up? Any ideas.

What happens when the connection drops out? Does the light on the hub change?
What does the line checker in the My Sky app say?
