New sky hub for full fiber

I am upgrading to full fibre from superfast. I have the new hub/router but do not get connected until Tuesday. If I change the router name and password to the same name and password used by my old router, will all the connected items still connect instead of having to go to each one and change the connection?

Note that if it's the white Max Hub, this is done through the My Sky app, and you may find the appropriate tabs aren't yet populated there.
