New sky fiber line installation

Do sky use my existing sky router or do they send me a new router before they up grade me to fibre broadband on the 28th May 25

@enujnotrub most existing customers get a "conversion kit" to enable them to use their existing black Sky Broadband Hub SR203. This kit consists of a short ethernet cable. If you dont have the Broadband Hub they will send one out.

New customers get the white Sky Max hub which has pros and cons but exisiting customers have to add the Sky WiFi Max bundle to get thst.

Connect SR203 to FTTP

@enujnotrub & @JimM1 the SR203 connects to a full fibre connection without any need to change the default settings.
