New setup issue

Today is the date we were given for our sky hub to be activated, I received a text this morning to say that the installation is in process and another to say that the sky hub is ready. I know it can take up to midnight to activate but I assumed once that text was received then it would mean we can connect. The hub has a red light on it, I have gone through different diagnostics but I'm uncertain as to whether there's an issue with my phone line or it still isn't activated. Advice welcome! TIA

Even after the text it can still take until midnight. If your connection still isnt working you should be able to report it via the app.
