New router

Hi, 

I received a new router a few weeks ago, which allows me to control the times when my children can use their devices. 
my internet is now intermittent and a real issue - SKY, are you please able to assist as it seems the easiest option would be to return to using old router.

Models previous to the Max Hub no longer have any form of parental controls.
