MySky Sky Max Hub Port forwarding rules don't have any effect
I have managed to add the port forwarding rules via the MySky App for the correct device and the page says that there is 1 rule active (port 30000 TCP, Foudary VTT Server) . However, no matter what I do after this makes any difference and the port will not open. I have used various port checking sites along with my service not being available to determine that no mater what port rule I add that port remains closed. I have one of the new White Sky Max Hubs, I have reinstalled the app, I have restarted my device, applied all relevant inbound firewall rules to the same port and application, I have factory reset the router and done all of the above again with no luck. Please help me figure out what is going on.
Thanks

Re: MySky Sky Max Hub Port forwarding rules don't have any effect
Perhaps worth noting that where a Max Hub is in use on Sky Broadband there's a fundamental difference in the external network which may be having an effect entirely separate to what's going on with ports.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: MySky Sky Max Hub Port forwarding rules don't have any effect
In your Sky Hub's web interface, under the WAN status section look for something that says "MAP-T Sharing Ratio" and can you please confirm if you're connected with an 8:1 or 1:1 sharing ratio?
Our systems should automatically detect when you enable port forwarding, or the IPv4 DMZ, and move you from a shared IPv4 address to a dedicated one (which we call 1:1). If you've enabled port forwarding but you're still connected with 8:1 after 15mins, then something may have gone wrong with this process; but if you are connected with 1:1, then this isn't the issue.

Even though my ratio is 1:1 , i still ports are not responding. which are added to the port forwarding.
