New router

I have received my new hub, it connected automatically to my tv but won't connect to my smart phone, when I've put the password in, it's says it's invalid.

Are you sure you are typing it correctly? Some numbers look like letters & vice versa.

Have you tried resetting the network settings on your phone?

Yea i done all that and checked and triple checked the password, no joy
