150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Sky are in the process of replacing some older model hubs and customers affected are receiving either an email or letter about the process. If you don't have a hub that qualifies then Sky are unlikely to replace it just because it's old if it's working okay but as suggested give them a call to discuss.
