New router won’t allow me to stream Rouvy

Use Rouvy (cycle streaming App) regularly. No problem before change to fibre broadband. Now App keeps telling me a firewall is blocking streaming. This is on an IPad Pro that does not have a firewall.. can only run the app using personal hotspot from mobile.  Can't work out what the problem is.

I have exactly the same problem.
Using iPad Pro, which works fine if I link it to my mobile over 4G

can you tell me how this was resolved or could support get in touch with me?

@Marcobraynio you can get issues with some services with Apple's privacy settings so check for differences like having the private wifi address setting or using Apple Cloud private relay. Check the settings for the Sky connection.

Re: New router won’t allow me to stream Rouvy

Thanks for coming back to me.

I don't have any privacy settings such as private wifi set up and it isn't a wifi issue. I am connected to the router. It is the broadband connection that drops WAN not LAN.
