I have run tests on my broadband and wi-fi speeds and the results are good, but my broadband continues to run slowly. I believe that I need a new router as mine is a few years old. How do I go about getting one?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky dont just send routers out because customers 'Believe' they need a new router. Just because its a few years old does not mean its faulty, routers should be able to run for years without issue. Which router do you have at the moment?
