I am in the process if switching from EE to sky WiFi max broadband.
The router was delivered today, but when I have opened the box, I found the box had already been opened and the security label was part torn and stuck on the inside of the box.
I was under the impression I should have received extenders or pucks in the box, as I opted to pay the extra £3 a month, or are they only supplied if required.
So what should be included in my box?
Also, is my home wifi now compromised if someone else has access to my new WiFi password.
The switch over is due next week, can someone help me please

Shy does not ship booster hardware with routers: the extra payment allows one or more boosters to be claimed later.
Yes, in theory if you leave the Hub using its default password then someone within wireless range (typically a few metres from the outside of the property) who knows that password can join the same network.

Extender pods are only sent once activation is complete and you find that coverage is/isnt sufficient.
