@Charlottehoward What is the problem, you do not talk to sky unless you call them from 8am to 8pm! Posting on the Forum is NOT sky CS so you are aware!

As @JimM1 has stated l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. As customers we reply to posts when we can and it's not always instant especially in the late evening,

I believe you have Sky Q, and presumably Sky broadband, so what hub do you have and is your broadband working correctly?
