Hi, I ordered sky broadband only yesterday and received an email saying would be activated on the 6th of this month and to ensure the hardware was plugged in and switched on. Do they post the modem to me? I can get in touch with anyone

The equipment should come a few days before your activation date so are you sure it is March 6th ?
