New order

Hi,

 

I've made the switch to Nowtv (Sky)  on uswitch today 18/1/2025. They sent me an email to call a number which is a bot which then directs me to using the online chat help which doesn't understand that I received an email to contact Sky! 

seems a bit rubbish already. If they need to talk to me why they can't direct me to a human straight away or at least give me that option on the phone number. 

anyone got an idea of a number I can use or what to do? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any number you call you will be faced with the bot so have you tried saying nothing when it asks you any questions ?
