Hi, we have placed a new order with Sky for our broadband and we have received this "it appears theres been an issue with your order please contact us to get your order back on track"
But there's no number or any online chat, it just comes up with a box asking if that has worked.
Just wondering if anyone can help us?

zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on

Hi, thanks for the answer, but we don't have a Sky Mobile or a Sky landline as yet, is there another way of getting some help? The order has only been placed today.

Thanks again, just called them and the department we require is closed, will call them tomorrow.
