New issue with My Sky App, Sky Max Hub and Pod connecting
So on Sunday our Sky Max Hub just stopped working, just flat out lost power and would not switch on.
New hub arrived today and set up no issues at all, only thing is now the max pods will not connect and the My Sky App does not see them at all, and the previous feature on the app that allowed you to specifically connect the pods via the serial number of QR code now seems to be gone.
I phoned customer services today and they know of no fix but said that they have had issues with the app for the last week or so, so have booked a wi-fi engineer to visit us this Friday.
Has anyone else had this issue? and if so have the found a work around as due to the extreemly short range of the max hub we have no internet outside of the living room.
