New internet not working

Internet activated today and says connections are good and box is green but errror messages saying 'not quite connected'. I've tried everything it says and no connection.

@DeniseM2016 reboot your new Sky hub by switching off the power for a few seconds if that doesn't clear the fault give Sky a call/
