New internet contract installation questions

Hello, we just got a new contract, coming in at the 4th. We got an engineer coming at the 3rd. 

My question is, will that be a problem? Will they need the internet to be switched on by the time they're here? 

Second question is about.. well what they're exactly doing? When i got it set up i did explain we're in a flat and renting, so we cant physically drill or change anything. I was told we'd just get a general box to install but now i'm a little bit suspicous. I can't lose my deposit over this supposed 'great deal' i'm getting.

@Clueless1 What are you getting on the sky order that you placed with them as a package?

So we got a stream puck and hub coming in. We're new customers at sky, so the whole lot i suppose. 

(Essentially, i was told at first we'd just have to plug the hub in, but now with an engineer coming im just worried haha.)

@Clueless1 It's all to do with what you ordered to what you have and what is available, so if you have a copper telephone line and Full Fibre is not available, Engineer may just connect you up and let sky know you are good to go, but if you are in an area where Full Fibre is there then copper is considered to be the NOT offered and now a Full installation will take place, and that will be drilling to get something in to the property. Link below will tll you what, but it does not cover if CF are available. 2nd is what you can get from sky!
