Internet unstable/sky box won’t set ip

My internet keeps going in and out. Also my sky box won't set ip. Customer service said they would do it manually and text me but I never heard back.

All of my issues should have been checked and resolved before the technician left. I want a technician to come back and finish the job

@Toni63 Call sky, posting on the Forum will not get anything done for you as it is not sky customer service!
