New hub
New hub received today goes from slow green to white after a few resets

Slow flashing green is correct while the router negotiates, once it has a connection the light goes white. That is what is supposed to happen.
Upon inital start up the router will download new software and also download your telephone profile should you wish to use it.
Why were you doing multiple resets? The initial start up of a new router can take about a good few minutes.
I remember the Internet starting!
Sky Full Fibre & Virgin Media XGS-PON, with automatic failover using DrayTek multi WAN router.
Sky Q, which will be sadly missed when they decide to kill it off!

After white it went to red so reset. Its now working but cant access ITVX app. Stays on Qr code. Doesnt give me a code. Tried all ways. Followed numerous advice from sky community but still cant access it. Any help much appreciated
