@Sparks7 the Max new hub is not compatable with Sky Q. While the main Sky Q box can connect to the hub all Q mins and Q boosters have to be connected to the main Q box or another Q mini thst is already connected. Press the wps button on the Q mini until it starts flashing then do the same on the main Q box and the two should connect. If you have multiple Q mins start with the one closest to the main Q box and work out to the furthest.
The Q boxes will no longercact as wifi extenders for your other devices.
