New hub setup not completing

My new wifi max hub is not completing setup on the Sky app

@Axel98 log out of the app and close it then re-open and log back in often clears the fault. If it doesnt and yiu nedd tonchsngecsettings contact Sky but otherwise if the hub works normally just use it as you shouldn't need tgecapp.
