New hub needed

I'm in need of a new hub, mines has has a accident and the wire ripped from the plug.

How do I go about receiving a new one?

You can either call Sky or we can escalate your post on the forum so you can chat with a Sky rep. Phoning would be quicker if you are going to be without broadband.
