Split wifi 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz

Hi. Recently switched my broadband to Sky and I'm trying to connect my  petcams to my sky broadband but it only connects on 2.4ghz not 5.   Can I split it so I can connect on 2.4?   I have a white broadband router if it makes any difference?

On the My Sky app you can disable 5Ghz which will force 2.4ghz for your cams.
