New hub 6 losing connection throughout the house, it’s worse than my previous router

Could an engineer visit to check this problem please.

@TH67 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum you havecto call them to get support.

 

Sky do not send out enginers for WiFi issues unless your package includes an add-on like WiFi Max even then thry dupply one extender first. Many homes need more than a single wifi hub to get wifi coverage in every room.
