New fibre installed today and now no longer works and can’t fine WiFi name on list

New WiFi installed today to fibre. Engineer installed and was working. Stopped working several hours ago and can't even find the WiFi name on list. I have unplugged and rebooted both router and box and still no connection

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@TillyLeigh No matter what if the Internet is down, you should always be able to see the broadcast name of your sky hub! Does every device that you have for wireless wi-fi NOT see the name, if you have not link below about the hubs, lights and also say what you have and see.

The name has disappeared completely off all devices - lights on hub and wall are green it's very strange

@TillyLeigh Still do not know what hub you have as you are not saying... Green lights on all of them just various types of hubs?

 

And since you have not even started with the hub yet, try the factory reset different hubs, different ways off doing it....
