I upgraded to sky fiber three weeks ago and the connection has been iffy since it was installed but I hoped it would settle down. Today I have woken up and the connection is off and the Magee light is on the router. I have done the self checker and it says there is a problem but it won't let me do the assessment and the phone line isn't open yet. The orange light is on the router the other three are green. Can anyone help please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lou231 When you run the service checker that is showing historical data. Can you run it again, but this time when it completes can you click on the broadband button and run a further broadband test please.
