I have been trying all night and this morning to connect to my new sky q hub but it just is not working after reboots.
All cables are correct and the light is green for the power and wifi but the internet light has not lit up at all. I can connect to the wifi on my phone however on my apple settings says no internet connection and nothing loads.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker comes back showing everything good as this is historical data can you click on broadband to run an updated test please.
