New extender required

You have send us a new hub as you said ours is outdated, now the extender won't work and we don't have WiFi in all the upstairs rooms. Please send us the appropriate extender

Have you tried setting this extender up again as if you have just received it as there should be no reason why it doesn't work. If you want more as we are customers here you will need to call Sky.
