New equipment
I was supposed to recieve new equipment for my fibre broadband no new hub just one very small eternity that wont reach where it will be needed

Do you currently have the black Broadband hub? That apparently should be compatible with FTTP by using an ethernet cable, If current customers don't opt to add a WiFi Max subscription the cable (described as a conversion kit) is what is sent out.

'ethernet', I'd think.
Ready-made Cat5e ethernet patch leads are widely available online in assorted lengths and colours: Sky themselves won't supply anything other than the 'conversion kit' cable.
