New device and can’t connect it to the WiFi
I got a second hand iPad for Christmas and I can't connect it to the WiFi. I have older devices that connected but this one won't connect. I've tried all the options suggested to get it to connect and it still says 'unable to connect.'

Re: New device and can’t connect it to the WiFi
@Cla3 I have had multiple iPads and never had an issue connecting them to Sky hubs. Have you tried to chevk iif the unit connects to a phone hot spot to rule out an issue with its wifi system? If you have any other ios device you can share the password between them if you bring them close together.

I can connect it via hotspot on my iPhone and tried taking it to a friends to connect it to their WiFi and it connects straight away.

I've also shared the password from my iPhone and it still says it's unable to connect on the new iPad device.
