New customer

Ive had an email from Sky to say my service will start later this month but my BT contract doesnt end to April. How do I change my start date as I don't want to pay for two broadband services

@Kazzablanca The only way will be to call Sky and cancel the order, they won't be able to request a delayed activation.

If you have an accepted order it means your current provider has accepted the transfer away to sky

 

As Mentioned before you can cancel and replace the order with an activation date closer to the end of your contract 

 

or you can apply for a switching credit via the search bar in sky.com to cover some or all of the early teminsation charges that bt will apply
