New customer

Can anyone tell me when my I might see this as a new customer?

You would need to call sky on the number provided when you click on contact us to see what the issue is

@Nigch as advised you need to check with Sky but this usually happens because Openreach have come back to Sky once they check the order which was generated for your service. It can be that further work is required or they need access to your home.
