New customer, very poor signal/no connection in back of house

As a new customer I've connected to my hub this evening. Most of the coverage in the house is very good, however at the back of the house the signal is poor at 1 bar or no signal at all. I have paid for wifi max at £30 a month, and assumed wifi extenders would come in the box like in the picture advertising it. Was this a con, and am i being ripped off the extra £3 a month

Sky boosters are always claimable retrospectively: they don't ship them with Hubs.

With Max the first booster pod is claimed through a telephone diagnosis, and up to two more may be fitted in a home visit.
