New customer – trouble contacting Sky Broadband & postcode not recognised

Hi everyone,

 

I’m trying to sign up for Sky Broadband as a new customer, but I’m having some trouble. My home is ready for internet (Openreach has already checked and confirmed availability), but when I try to sign up online, my postcode isn’t being recognised.

 

I was advised to place the order over the phone instead, but I’m struggling to find the right contact route for new customers since I’m not yet registered with Sky.

 

Has anyone experienced this before or knows the correct number or way to reach their new customer sales team?
