Fibre connection

I had my fibre connection installed. Before, my SKY connection was going through the BT line.

I could connect to the broadband in my garage before the change, and now I cannot.

@AnnaKol has the hub moved when the fullmfibre was installed? As that is the most common issuecwith WiFi coversge. Although strictly WiFi Max only coverscrooms in your home buying thst should get you a WiFinextender if you ask for one which could help position the unit half way between thevhub and thecgarage. Another suggestion is moving the hub which may require you tombuy a longer Ethernet cable tomlink to the new fibre ONT but those sre cheap and widely available.
