New customer system down

Joined 3 days ago. Lost broadband and other services due to a red light on the ONT. Went through the fault finding and booked engineer visit for this morning. No one turned up. Contact sky apparently the order wasn't sent to city fibre.. so sky rearranged for pm today. Still no contact or confirmation, on the visit. This is for a 87 yr old lady who lives alone and needs the phone for contact and TV for entertainment..... So far it's not a good start from sky who promised to be better than virgin.. appalling they can't contact city fibre , there contractors to get someone out to fix there faults.. disgusting..

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Hi @SPB1940
If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

If this is for an individual fault and not a major widespread issue, as far as I know Openreach don't work on these at a weekend and presumably it's the same with City Fibre.
