New customer sky max

I've changed from talkTalk to sky at the start of the month, all was going good till this morning, I think my sky max router has failed just flashing green, but if I connect my old router it all works.

Does any one know how I order a new router, the help line is an hr wait.

I've tried resetting it and following the guide, think it's a hardware issue
