@NathanDuffy What was the activation date given to you, the hub will not work before that date!

If you're not sure, the activation date is printed on your postage label, if can take until midnight on the date of activation to transfer over from one supplier to the next.

Re: New customer and Internet won't connect
As you are migrating away, if Vodafone are still having issues with their BB service, its possible the migration has not happened due to the issues they are having.

Re: New customer and Internet won't connect
@NathanDuffy So today i would have expected sky and possibly OR sent you a text that you are NOW activated and you can change over the hub, have you got that from them, the vodafone hub may still be online and working while you have that text from sky, they have been known to jump the gun and text goes out but oops they have not done it all there side so guess what the sky hub will not connect as vodafone still have the connection 11.59pm is the time sky have got to for the changeover on activation day!
When the hub gets on, all green lights or a white depending on which you have, then FW updates and reboots etc all happen so do not be surprised if that all happens!
Sky texted me 3.00am in the mornng that they had changed over my EE was modified by sky to keep it all working, eventually later that afternoon i got round to switching over the sky hub from the EE, and EE router worked all the way up until i switched it over...

Re: New customer and Internet won't connect
I didn't get my 'Your internet is working' email until the sky router had connected the first time.
I was a new connection and as such there was no migration involved which makes it simpler.
